Mountain Valley Pipeline

Con Edison Transmission holds a minority interest in the Mountain Valley Pipeline, a project currently under construction that will deliver natural gas to both the northeast and southeast markets. As proposed, the project is a 2 billion cubic feet per day natural gas pipeline system that spans approximately 303 miles from northwestern West Virginia to southern Virginia. As an interstate pipeline, Mountain Valley Pipeline is regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Mountain Valley Pipeline has 20-year fixed-price agreements for the pipeline's entire capacity.

The project is 94% complete at an estimated project cost of $6.6 billion and is expected to be completed by late 2023.
